PRODUCT CARE
Pottery is best preserved when hand washed, although Kels In The Studio pieces can still be cleaned in a dishwasher. If your white pieces are showing scuffs or other markings, buff with Bar Keeper's Friend (linked) to bring them back to their original state. RETURN POLICY
Kels In The Studio does not accept returns or exchanges, and instead asks you to please be mindful when making a purchase.
Product photos and dimensions are shown for each piece to help make your decision that much easier!
SHIPPING
Kels In The Studio is based in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Your items will ship within 5 days of receipt of payment unless indicated otherwise. Orders are protected with recyclable packaging – no foam peanuts here!
Shipping is currently only available within Canada.
If you are local to the Greater Saint John Area (Grand Bay-Westfield, Saint John, Rothesay, and Quispamsis) and provide an address with a secure drop off location, you can opt out of shipping at checkout by selecting local delivery. Your pieces will be delivered free of charge via contactless doorstep delivery within 3 days of placing your order.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Above all else, I hope that you and your families are safe and well.
Your order will be packaged following normal lead-times, but please note that shipping delays may leave you waiting longer than usual for your parcel to arrive. Your tracking number will be emailed to you and is the best way to check on your parcel status!
DAMAGED PIECES
Although each piece is carefully packaged for shipping, in the event that it does arrive damaged please send a picture showing the damage to hello@kelsinthestudio.com within 2 days of delivery.
Please keep in mind that pottery can be damaged and even break if it is dropped or not properly cared for. These circumstances are out of my control and I cannot offer replacements for broken wares.
