PRODUCT CARE

Pottery is best preserved when hand washed, although Kels In The Studio pieces can still be cleaned in a dishwasher. If your pottery is showing scuffs or other markings, buff with Bar Keeper's Friend (linked) to return to its original state. Avoid extreme temperature changes to prevent cracking from thermal shock.

 

RETURN POLICY

Kels In The Studio does not accept returns or exchanges, and instead encourage you to please be mindful when making a purchase. Product photos and dimensions are shown in listing descriptions to help inform your decision.

 

SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 5 days of purchase, unless indicated otherwise. Shipping is currently only available within Canada. Your tracking number will be emailed to you and is the best way to check on your parcel status.

 

DELIVERY

If you are located within the Greater Saint John Area, $5 doorstep delivery is available in lieu of shipping. Note that this does not apply to secure apartment buildings.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Orders can be picked up at Juniper, located at 80 Prince William Street in Uptown Saint John. You do not need to be local to select this as a shipping option. A notification email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up; you will have 1 week from the date of this email to pick up your order. Unclaimed orders will be cancelled and refunded.

 

DAMAGED PIECES

Although each piece is carefully packaged for shipping, in the event that it does arrive damaged please send photos to hello@kelsinthestudio.com within 2 days of delivery.

Please keep in mind that pottery can be damaged and even break if it is dropped or not properly cared for. These circumstances are out of my control and I cannot offer replacements for broken wares.
